Jenelle Troxell

Jenelle Troxell is Associate Professor of English and Co-Director of Film Studies at Union College. Her work centers on global cinema, contemplative cinema, roots of feminist film criticism, and gender representation in media, with a special interest in East Asian auteurs and European avant-garde movements. She’s currently exploring extra-academic criticism and database cinema models.
